The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff's warmth really stood out. especially during meals. Breakfast was ready-to-order and delicious. The outdoor design created a cozy ambiance, making for a pleasant stay.

Check-in took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating at first.

the staff were super friendly and made me feel like family. nothing was too big an ask for them, especially collins and tamica who were really nice. my standard double room was clean and a great value for money. the food at the restaurant was delicious, best meals while i was there. i would def recommend staying here for a nice chill time!

the pool area felt a bit cramped and could use a refresh. also, it was sometimes hard to get a hold of management when i had questions.

The room was awesome, but the loud street noise made it hard to sleep.

The food was consistently good, with the home-made ice cream being a delightful treat. the room suffered from excessive noise due to traffic and poorly insulated windows, which significantly disrupted sleep. the outdated bathroom fixtures, including the lack of an anti-slip mat in the shower, raised concerns about safety.

the bathroom could really use some updates it felt old but the welcome was warm and the staff were super helpful. breakfast was solid with good variety and nice touches like water and chocolates in the room

It was just a fitting option for a short staycation in Georgetown with reasonable price. The staff at the bar were friendly and made excellent drink recommendations. Make sure to explore local dining options nearby.

This place is a gem! The staff were amazing, really went outta their way to help. The curry night was a blast, so many options to try. Rooms are clean but kinda dated. could use a little refresh. The only thing is the pool area felt a bit cramped. Still, solid stay overall!
