Check-in took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating at first.

the staff were super friendly and made me feel like family. nothing was too big an ask for them, especially collins and tamica who were really nice. my standard double room was clean and a great value for money. the food at the restaurant was delicious, best meals while i was there. i would def recommend staying here for a nice chill time!
the pool area felt a bit cramped and could use a refresh. also, it was sometimes hard to get a hold of management when i had questions.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for our family of five with grown-up kids. We especially appreciated the exceptional service, with Cheryl making our dining experience enjoyable with her attentiveness and warm smile.
My wife says that the noise from the street was a bit disruptive at times.

Recommend it for families with children
The place had a lovely atmosphere , and the employees seemed genuinely happy to help. I had a fantastic interaction with a staff member who recommended a great local drink , and I could feel the positive energy all around.
It wasn't exactly cheap , but it was still acceptable for what I got.

The location is convenient, with easy access to malls and the airport. Staff members were friendly and attentive, particularly during meal times. The food was consistently good, with the home-made ice cream being a delightful treat. the room suffered from excessive noise due to traffic and poorly insulated windows, which significantly disrupted sleep. the outdated bathroom fixtures, including the lack of an anti-slip mat in the shower, raised concerns about safety.

Super friendly staff and tasty food!
This place is a gem! The staff were amazing, really went outta their way to help. The curry night was a blast, so many options to try. Rooms are clean but kinda dated. could use a little refresh. The only thing is the pool area felt a bit cramped. Still, solid stay overall!
